Merchandise orders

Merchandise checkout takes place in our separate Printful store. Review the return and order terms shown there before purchasing. For a merchandise order question, follow the support information in your order confirmation or contact Working Measure with your order reference. The digital purchase and membership instructions below apply to this publishing site.

Digital purchases

A one-time purchase gives you access to the released title and an offline download. Free previews are available before you buy.

If you were charged twice, cannot access your purchase, or believe the title was materially different from its description, contact the publisher. Include your account email, the title, and your order reference if available.

Refund requests are reviewed by the publisher before approval. Approved refunds go back through the original payment method. Access to a refunded title may be removed. This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

Reader and Collector memberships

Memberships renew each month at the price and discount shown at checkout until you cancel. Reader is $4.99 per month and Collector is $25 per month before discounts.

To cancel, sign in to your account, select Manage billing and cancellation, and follow the Stripe billing portal’s cancellation steps before the next renewal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. Access continues until the end of an already-paid billing period when cancellation is set for the period end.

Canceling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund earlier charges. If you have a billing problem or cannot open the portal, contact the publisher.

Coupons and free access

Enter a code in the title or membership checkout and select Apply to check the price. Checkout confirms the final amount and whether a membership discount applies to the first month or every month. A zero-dollar purchase has no payment to refund.

Your library after cancellation

Titles you purchased individually stay in your account unless the purchase is refunded. Membership reading and Collector download access depend on an active membership. An offline file you already downloaded remains on your device.
