WORKING MEASURE PRODUCTIONS
Privacy policy
Effective October 20, 2026
Working Measure Productions runs workingmeasure.com. This page explains what information we handle when you read, contact us, sign in, or make a purchase.
Merchandise store
Our merchandise page links to workingmeasure.printful.me. When you continue to that store, Printful handles information you provide there under the privacy information shown by that storefront. Merchandise checkout takes place there; this site does not collect merchandise payment or shipping details.
Reading without an account
Free issues and public previews are open without signing in. Cloudflare hosts the site and stores site content and account records. It receives technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as your IP address, browser details, pages requested, and request times. We use this information to serve pages, troubleshoot problems, and prevent abuse.
Accounts and sign-in
You can create an account with an email address and password, or continue with Google. Google sign-in supplies a verified email address, a Google account identifier, and a name if provided. Email sign-in stores your email and a protected password hash. We do not store your password as readable text.
We use account details to keep you signed in and connect your library, purchases, memberships, and download choices to your account. A Google account can add a password from its account page. We do not combine accounts merely because someone types the same email address.
Contact and privacy requests
The contact form collects your email address, selected subject, and message. The privacy request form collects your email and message. These are stored privately for the publisher to review and respond to. Please leave out passwords, card numbers, and other sensitive information.
Highline issue notices
The optional issue notice form records your email address, consent, signup source, and confirmation or unsubscribe status. Signing up does not create a paid membership. The form states whether email delivery is connected.
When connected, Resend processes your address and the message needed to deliver confirmation links and new-issue notices. We keep delivery references and status to avoid duplicate messages and handle problems. We send issue notices only after you confirm your address. Each notice includes an unsubscribe link, and opting out stops future issue notices. This choice does not change your purchases or membership.
You can also download a calendar reminder without giving us an email address. Your calendar application controls its reminders. To request removal of signup records, use the privacy request form; we may retain a suppression record so an opted-out address is not mailed again.
Purchases and memberships
Stripe processes checkout and subscription billing when paid checkout is enabled. We keep transaction and subscription references, the title or plan, amounts, payment and refund status, billing periods, and Collector download choices. We use these records to grant access, manage billing, handle problems, and keep purchase records. Card details are handled by Stripe rather than stored on this site.
For billing questions, refunds, and cancellation, see our refund and cancellation policy.
Cookies and outside services
A necessary reader-session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out ends that session. Cloudflare may also use security cookies. Google uses its own services during Google sign-in, and Stripe handles its checkout and billing pages.
We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell or share visitor information for targeted advertising. Links and embedded music in publications follow the outside service’s own privacy practices. Opening or playing that content may send technical information to that service.
Use, sharing, and retention
We use information to operate and protect the site, provide reading and purchase access, and answer requests. Cloudflare, Google, and Stripe process information needed for the services described above. We may disclose information where required by law or to protect the site and its readers.
Temporary counters help limit repeated sign-in attempts and form spam. We keep account, message, and transaction records for as long as needed to provide access, respond to requests, resolve disputes, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Session records expire after 30 days.
Your choices
You can read free content without an account and sign out when you finish. To ask what personal information we hold, correct it, request deletion, or raise a privacy concern, use the privacy request form. We may need to verify ownership before disclosing or changing account information. Some transaction records may need to be retained. Additional rights may apply depending on where you live.
Children
This site is intended for a general audience and is not specifically for children under 13. Some fiction is intended for adults, as noted on its title page. We do not knowingly create accounts for children under 13. If you believe a child sent us personal information, use the privacy request form.
Changes
We update this policy when the site’s handling of information changes and revise the effective date above.
